Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program meeting licensure requirements in the state of practice.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and executes on treatment plans as outlined by the plan of care.
• Delegates and directs all discipline-specific therapy services.
• Serves as an educator for patients, families, students, coworkers and for professional advancement.
• Performs other professional duties related to patient care, therapy program development, and engagement with interdisciplinary teams.
