Job summary

Endeavor Health in Gurnee, IL is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist II for full‑time outpatient care at our Rollins Rd location. You will evaluate, treat, and follow up with physician referred patients, work within a dynamic team, and help support students in clinical supervision.

The position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $43.38 to $67.24, with full benefits, bonuses and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist (IDFPR) required.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics is required.
• Interest in vestibular or pelvic health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing.
• Participates in the clinical supervision of students.

Full Time/Part Time:

Full time 36 - 40 hours

Hours:

Clinic open M-F 8am-7pm, two evenings/week required

What you will do:

• Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing
• Participates in the clinical supervision of students

What you will need:

• License: Current licensure or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) required
• Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association required
• Experience: outpatient orthopedics
• Skills: Outpatient orthopedics with interest in vestibular or pelvic health
