Duly Health and Care in Lisle, IL seeks an outpatient Lymphedema Physical Therapist to join an established rehabilitation team. You’ll provide one-on-one care with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups, supported by a strong internal referral network and built-in documentation time.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with two evenings per week until 7:00 PM. Compensation ranges from $77,000 to $110,000 base, with potential for a sign-on bonus and additional incentives.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy to diverse patient populations.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, PTAs and physicians to coordinate care.
• Maintain clinical autonomy with individualized treatment plans.

About the Lisle Team

Join an established outpatient rehabilitation team supporting a variety of patient populations and specialty areas, including sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, and pediatrics. You'll work alongside PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers while maintaining the autonomy to provide individualized, one-on-one care.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, including two evenings per week until 7:00 PM. Last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM.

Compensation

Base salary: $77,000–$110,000, based on experience and qualifications. This position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus and additional financial incentives.
