Duly Health and Care in Downers Grove, IL is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist. You’ll conduct 60-minute evaluations, provide one-on-one care, and enjoy built-in documentation time within a team-based setting.

Schedule: Monday–Friday with two evenings until 7:00 PM. Base salary ranges from $77,000 to $110,000, with potential sign-on and financial incentives based on experience.

About the Downers Grove Team

Join an established outpatient rehabilitation team supporting a variety of patient populations and specialty areas, including sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, and pediatrics. You'll work alongside PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers while maintaining the autonomy to provide individualized, one-on-one care.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, including two evenings per week until 7:00 PM. Last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM.

Compensation

Base salary: $77,000-$110,000, based on experience and qualifications. This position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus and additional financial incentives.
