Our therapists have dedicated time with their patients, access to a strong internal referral network, and opportunities to develop clinical specialties. No double booking. No required marketing. Your growth continues beyond mentorship. New graduate PTs receive $1,250 in continuing education funds, while experienced clinicians receive $1,000. You'll also have access to continuing education resources, Special Interest Groups, and experienced clinicians throughout Duly's rehabilitation network.
Join an established outpatient rehabilitation team supporting a variety of patient populations and specialty areas, including sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, and pediatrics. You'll work alongside PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers while maintaining the autonomy to provide individualized, one-on-one care. Schedule: Monday–Friday, including two evenings per week until 7:00 PM. Last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM.
Base salary: $77,000–$110,000, based on experience and qualifications. This position may also be eligible for a sign‑on bonus and additional financial incentives.
