Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Maryland Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain prior to hire.
• Current CPR certification.
• Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a physical therapy practice setting.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and re-evaluate patients using standardized, objective, and evidence-based assessment tools.
• Clinical Care: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support patient goals and functional outcomes.
• Clinical Care: Deliver physical therapy services compliant with Maryland Board of Physical Therapy Examiners regulations and APTA standards of practice.
• Mentorship & Supervision: Provide supervision and guidance to PTAs, students, trainees, and volunteers.
