Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Physical Therapist I to join our team, providing outpatient and weekend inpatient on-call coverage in Danvers and Peabody. The role focuses on improving physical function across orthopedic, neurological, vestibular and pelvic health populations with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Physical Therapy, active MA license (or eligibility by examination), and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Education: BS Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active MA Physical Therapy license OR Candidates for licensure who have submitted a complete and accepted application for licensure "BY EXAMINATION ONLY".
• American Heart Association – Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve or restore physical function.
• Develop treatment plans and measurable outcomes with input from patient and family.
• Document discharge summaries and maintain accurate medical records per policy.
• Meet department productivity standards and support staff as needed.
• Participate in education, knowledge sharing and career development within the department.
