Physical Therapist - Inpatient PRN

As part of the Confluent Health family, we offer services in Inpatient, ARU, SNF, Outpatient, and NICU settings across more than 20 locations in Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and Orange County.

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Santa Ana. You will plan and implement physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.

Physical Therapist - Inpatient - Responsibilities

1. Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
3. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and evidence-based interventions.
4. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team for coordinated care.
6. Supervise PT Assistants and/or Aides.
