Position Overview

Sea Cliff Assisted Living in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. This role offers a flexible schedule, including weekend hours, with competitive pay based on experience. Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders, developing appropriate care plans.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices for clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments, including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices.
• Monitor patient progress, modify treatments as needed, and document outcomes.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient progress and treatment plans.
• Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries following regulatory standards.
