California Rehabilitation Sports Therapy has a part-time or full-time Physical Therapist opening with our outpatient ortho clinic in San Clemente.

Position Summary:

1. Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
2. Create individualized care plans for each treatment
3. Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
4. Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
5. Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
6. Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

1. Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
2. Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
