Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a hospital-based clinic in Charleston, SC. You will provide 1:1 care with 60-min evaluations and 45-min treatments, focusing on ortho and some neuro, within a dedicated team.

The role offers a relocation bonus, PSLF eligibility with loan-pay program, 4 weeks PTO, and full benefits. Mon-Fri, 8:30-5, with 8-9 patients daily and a supportive onboarding plan.

Formación

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE).
• Experience in Outpatient setting preferred.
• Open to New Grads or Experienced Therapists.

Outpatient Physical Therapist | Hospital-Based | Charleston, SC

Position Highlights

• Non-profit hospital-based outpatient clinic
• Adult caseload includes mostly ortho and some neuro
• 90-day formal onboarding with a low-turnover team of experienced clinicians
• 1:1 care, 60-min evals and 45-min treatments, 8-9 patients/day
• Schedule: Full-time, permanent - Mon-Fri, 8:30-5
• $5,000 relocation bonus
• PSLF eligible, plus internal program to pay $5,000+ annually on your loans
