Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist for a hospital-based clinic in Summerville, SC. This full-time role features 45-minute evals, 1:1 care, and 8–9 patients per day, with relocation assistance and a strong benefits package.

Must be licensed (NPTE) and thrive in outpatient settings. We welcome new grads or experienced therapists, emphasize teamwork, and offer PSLF loan repayment support along with four weeks of PTO.

Job description

Outpatient Physical Therapist | Hospital-Based | Summerville, SC

Position Highlights

• Non-profit hospital-based outpatient clinic
• Adult caseload includes mostly ortho, some general and some neuro
• 90-day formal onboarding with a low-turnover team of experienced clinicians
• 1:1 care, 45-min evals and treatments, 8-9 patients/day
• Schedule: Full-time, permanent - no weekends; open to 4-10s or 5-8s
• Relocation assistance available
• PSLF eligible, plus internal program to pay $5,000+ annually on your loans
• Paid Time Off - 4 weeks
