Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC seeks a licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a hospital-based clinic in Florence, SC. You will provide 1:1 outpatient care with 45-minute evaluations and treatments, and manage a mixed adult caseload including ortho, general, and neuro cases.

A 90-day mentorship and a strong, low-turnover team support professional growth. Candidates may be new grads or experienced therapists, with a passion for education and collaborative practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE) in good standing.
• Desire to work in outpatient 1:1 setting.
• Open to new grads or experienced therapists.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 outpatient PT with 45-min evals and treatments.
• Manage adult caseload with ~80% ortho, 20% general, 20% neuro.
• Mentor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients on injuries and post-treatment expectations.

Outpatient Physical Therapist | Hospital-Based | Florence, SC

Position Highlights

• Non-profit hospital-based outpatient clinic
• Adult caseload includes 80% ortho, 20% general and 20% neuro
• 90-day mentorship with a low-turnover team of experienced clinicians
• 1:1 care, 45-min evals and treatments, 8-9 patients/day
• Schedule: Full-time, permanent - no weekends; open to 4-10s or 5-8s
• $15,000 sign-on bonus
• $7,500 relocation bonus
• PSLF eligible, plus internal program to pay $7,000+ annually on your loans
• 4 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO)
