Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a compassionate Outpatient Physical Therapist for a hospital-based clinic in Dillon, SC. The role features a 90-day onboarding, a 4‑10s or 5‑8s schedule option, and a 1:1 patient care model with 45‑minute evaluations and treatments.

Eligible for PSLF and a program to help pay loans, plus $10,000 sign-on bonus and 4 weeks of PTO. Full benefits include medical, dental, and a 401(k) match.

Outpatient Physical Therapist | Hospital-Based | Dillon, SC

Position Highlights

• Non-profit hospital-based outpatient clinic
• Adult caseload includes mostly ortho, some general and some neuro
• 90-day formal onboarding with a low-turnover team of experienced clinicians
• 1:1 care, 45-min evals and treatments, 8-9 patients/day
• Schedule: Full-time, permanent - no weekends; open to 4-10s or 5-8s
• $10,000 in sign-on bonuses
• PSLF eligible, plus internal program to pay $5,000+ annually on your loans
• 4 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO)
