Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a hospital-based outpatient clinic in Dillon, SC. The role features 1:1 care, 45-minute evals, and a patient-centered approach aimed at education and recovery.

The position offers full-time, permanent employment with no weekends, plus a $7,000 relocation bonus, PSLF eligibility, and a program to help pay loans. Four weeks of PTO and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE).
• Passion for Outpatient setting and desire to treat 1:1.
• Open to New Grads or Experienced Therapists.
• Experience in the Outpatient setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with 45-minute evals and treatments.
• Educate patients about injury/condition and recovery expectations.
• Collaborate with a care team to support patient outcomes.
• Manage caseload in outpatient setting.

Position Highlights

• Non-profit hospital-based outpatient clinic


• Adult caseload includes mostly ortho, some general and some neuro


• 3-month formal onboarding with a low-turnover team of experienced clinicians


• 1:1 care, 45-min evals and treatments, ~9 patients/day


• Full-time, permanent - no weekends; open to 4-10s or 5-8s


• $7,000 relocation bonus


• PSLF eligible, plus internal program to pay $5,000+ annually on your loans
