This role provides supervision of PTA and PT/PTA students, emphasizes evidence-based practice, thorough documentation in the EMR, compliant with privacy standards, and participation in weekend rotations as needed. Full-time on-site with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Physical Therapist license for Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, treat, evaluate and implement a POC for all clients seen.
• Provide supervision of PTA, and PT/PTA students.
• Maintain documentation in the EMR and ensure privacy standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff and families; adhere to APTA standards.
• Support safe environment and participate in required weekend rotations.
