BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Forsyth Visits team as a full time weekend Baylor (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday). This office services our adult and geriatric clients for Admissions, Assessments and Visits in territories throughout Forsyth, Wilkes, Yadkin, Stokes and Surry counties. This role will primarily entail conducting start of care (SOC) visits.
As a home health care Weekend Baylor Physical Therapist, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
