New Solutions is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for Home Health in a full-time role. The therapist will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement tailored treatment plans, and guide patients and families through the recovery journey in the comfort of patients' homes.

Responsibilities include therapy sessions, progress monitoring, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications

• Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist.
• Master's degree in physical therapy approved by CAPTE accredited program.
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
