Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in home health settings in Melbourne, FL. You will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitation to promote mobility and independence, delivering hands-on therapy and educating patients and families.

The role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, documents care, supervises PTAs, and supports safe transitions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program (DPT or Master’s).
• Current PT license in practice state.
• 1–2 years of experience, preferably in home health.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Current CPR certification, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
