NHC HomeCare Anderson is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Anderson, SC. The PT will supervise and participate in physical therapy services, evaluating patient needs and planning treatments in collaboration with physicians and therapists.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a BS or MS level course in physical therapy as accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Must be licensed or registered in the state where practicing.
• One year’s supervisory experience preferred.
• Active member of state and national Physical Therapy Association preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises physical therapy services.
• Provides PT services as ordered by physician and delegates portions to the PT assistant.
• Instructs staff on precautions, goals, and plan for re-evaluation.
• Evaluates, plans and supervises treatments with short-term and long-term goals.
• Maintains patient care records to meet third-party and regulatory requirements.
