This is a full-time, part-time, or PRN Physical Therapist position to perform outpatient therapy within home-based settings in the Lincroft, NJ area. All billed as Medicare Part B. We're looking for someone who has the availability to provide a minimum of 12.5 hours of direct patient care per week. If PRN / Per Diem, the candidate hired will perform ongoing 1-on-1 direct patient care. Regular and consistent weekly availability is required, which includes 3 weekdays of availability. Full-time is also available. The PT hired will work with the geriatric population.
A growing organization in New Jersey is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an expanded caseload in the Lincroft, NJ area. The PT will provide community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B) to homes in the area. The full-time or part-time position includes a flexible schedule / hours per week based on your preference. At a minimum, we are looking to hire a PT to work 12.5 hours of direct patient care per week.
