Position: License Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, and/or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Location:Fully Remote (U.S. Only) | Kansas license required

Compensation:Starting at $75,000/year

Schedule: Flexible within 8am-5pm CST (M/W/F) and 10am-7pm CST (T/TH).

We're currently seeking a full-time LCSW to provide virtual therapy services for patients of all ages through one of our Kansas-based outpatient partners.

What You'll Do
As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll:

• Conduct intake assessments and establish initial treatment plans.

• Provide therapy to patients (all ages) with moderate acuity and diagnoses largely including depression & anxiety.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including peer support staff, psychiatry, crisis services, case management, early psychosis treatment program, developmental disabilities office, and more.

• Setting: 100% Remote | Kansas-based outpatient community behavioral health

• Schedule: Flexible within 8am-5pm CST (M/W/F) and 10am-7pm CST (T/TH).

• Appointments: 60 minutes for initial evaluations, 60 minutes for follow-up appointments

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an independently LCSW, LPC, or LMFT - Kansas license required

• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours

• Proven experience in providingtherapy serviceswith at least 2 years of experience

• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels

• Must have passed ASWB examination

• Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with Credible is a plus!)

• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
