ATTENTION: This position requires graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as a Physical Therapist.

Minimum of 12.5 hours/week required!
This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus for a full-time hire!

We have an opportunity for you in Jackson, NJ, where youll provide outpatient therapy in patients' homes and help them achieve their best.

Quick Glance:
This position allows you to work full-time, part-time, or PRN, handling outpatient therapy right in patients' homes. Were looking for someone who can commit to at least 12.5 hours/week of direct patient care, billed as Medicare Part B.

Youll need to have 3 weekdays available on a regular basis, but the rest of the schedule is flexible. Plus, youll be working with the geriatric population.
