Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities. We offer a comprehensive compensation package and a culture focused on compassion, growth, and making a difference in residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited university with a valid state license (or in process).
• Licensed Physical Therapist in New Mexico or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
