Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking to hire a Physical Therapist in Keizer, OR. The role focuses on delivering exceptional rehab services, improving mobility, and managing pain for patients in a collaborative clinic setting.

The position offers a compensation package of $80,000 to $127,500 with base salary plus productivity incentives based on patient access and clinical impact. PRN emphasizes professional development, mentorship, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other certifications required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals using various techniques.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies.
• Ensure adherence to Plan of Care and follow up on noncompliance when needed.
• Delegate tasks and work with PTA when applicable.
