Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Keizer, OR. You will work with a PT to implement treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and monitor progress in an active clinical setting.

The role offers part-time or full-time options with competitive pay ($26–$33/hr) and bonuses up to $2,500/month, plus a full benefits package including health/dental/vision, 401(k), and loan repayment programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted PTA license or eligible per state requirements.
• Proven ability to implement therapeutic exercises and assist PTs.
• Strong communication with PTs and patients is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the PT.
• Communicate with PTs regularly about patient progress.
• Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Support documentation and reporting in EMR.
