Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist, Manager for our new Health Center in Burbank, CA.

You will oversee a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff, ensuring high-quality care for employees and dependents while maintaining operational efficiency. Responsibilities include staffing, onboarding, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with client leadership to optimize care delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree from accredited Physical/Occupational Therapy/Chiropractic program.
• Current state license/certifications to practice.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Active First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Compile input for staff performance appraisals.
• Manage staff including clinicians and admin staff.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation of new colleagues.
• Manage daily operations, schedules, and timecards.
• Interface with provider team to develop care plans.
• Prepare monthly Musculoskeletal team reports.
• Identify process improvements and present solutions to management.
• Advise on staffing model based on scheduling and volume analysis.
• Ensure regulatory, procedural, and licensing compliance.
• Handle incident reports and resolution of complaints.
• Communicate corporate messages and enforce policies.
• Coach staff and monitor budgets, supplies, and inventory.
• Schedule local per diems.
• Collaborate with Health Center Manager on site issues.
• Conduct staff meetings.
