Job summary

Pro Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join the Park View Care Center team in Wells, MN. You will evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain, creating individualized plans and delivering hands-on therapy in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

New grads are welcome. Competitive wage with benefits, PTO, 403(b)/401(k), and up to a $7,500 bonus paid over 18 months or tuition reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Current MN Physical Therapist License.
• Knowledge of state, federal, and local Home Health care regulations.
• English communication skills required.
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs.
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other therapists.
