Pro Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join Park View Care Center in Wells, MN. You will support therapists, build a full caseload, and participate in care planning at a rural facility.

New grads welcome; full-time with benefits, wage range $26–$34 per hour, plus a $2,500 bonus paid over 18 months and potential tuition reimbursement. Location: Wells, MN 56097.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program and possess at least an Associate’s degree.
• Current CO Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required.
• Knowledge of state, federal, and local long-term care regulations.
• Able to perform essential functions with/without accommodations.
• Strong communication skills in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and ensuring adherence to therapies.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and care plans to promote recovery.

Wage Range: $26 - $34 / hour depending on experience.

Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, ensuring adherence to prescribed therapies.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in their condition.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and care plans to promote recovery.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide effective patient care.

Physical Therapist Assistant Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program and have at a minimum an Associate’s degree.
• Must possess a current CO Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
• Strong patient care skills and knowledge of physiology and anatomy
• Proficient in medical terminology and physical therapy techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
