Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver comprehensive physical therapy in an in-facility setting. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration with the rehab team. The applicant must hold a valid PT license in the applicable state(s) or be eligible.

A Master’s in PT (or a Bachelor’s with 5 years of PT experience) is required; degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The PT degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Provide education and instruction to patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team and report to Director of Rehab.
