Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-facility patient care and recovery planning. You will assess needs, create recovery plans, and deliver high-quality physical therapy in a supportive team environment.

The role requires a PT license (US), a related advanced degree, and collaboration with Rehab leadership to support patient-centered care. Opportunities include mentorship, CEUs, and visa sponsorship where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or be eligible for licensure.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or a master's in a PT-related field with a PT bachelor's.
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus 5 years progressive PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans; deliver physical therapy services.
• Work in facility setting as part of the Rehab Director's team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure patient-centered care and seamless care transitions.
