PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Seattle, WA is seeking full-time Physical Therapists to expand access to transformative care and advance professional growth. The role offers a six-week onboarding, mentorship, and in-house residency-style programs to support specialty development.

Base salary ranges from $92,000 to $130,000 per year, with monthly incentive bonuses and a sign-on bonus. Benefits include multiple medical plans, PTO, and 401(k) contributions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
