Job summary

PT Solutions is hiring full-time Physical Therapists in Chicago, IL to expand access to transformative care within orthopedic and musculoskeletal settings.

You'll conduct evaluations, design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, and manage documentation in an EMR while benefiting from a six-week onboarding, mentorship, and residency-style programs. Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 per year with monthly incentives and a $5,000 sign-on bonus in select locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
