PT Solutions in California is hiring full-time Physical Therapists to expand access to transformative care. You will conduct evaluations, design evidence-based plans, and manage documentation in an interdisciplinary setting.

The role offers onboarding programs, mentorship, residency-style development, and a comprehensive benefits package. Base salary ranges from $93,136 to $133,600 per year, with monthly incentives and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 in select locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
