PT Solutions is actively seeking full-time Physical Therapists in Illinois to expand access to transformative care across orthopedic and musculoskeletal services, including sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab.

We emphasize growth with a six-week onboarding program (Vitals+), mentorship, and in-house residency-style programs, along with a robust benefits package, free CE, and a competitive compensation model (base $85k–$110k, up to $10k sign-on, monthly incentives).

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients/day).

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
