Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients in in-facility care. You will implement physical therapy programs, follow established recovery plans, and deliver treatments that help restore strength, mobility and independence for diverse patient populations.

You are a healer and teammate, collaborating with colleagues, coordinating with the Director of Rehab, and referring when needed to ensure comprehensive, patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities.
• Follow established recovery plans and deliver treatments.
• Collaborate with rehab team to support patient goals.
• Refer to other providers as needed to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered atmosphere.
