Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy across our care communities in Utah. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and discharge planning while supervising PTAs and rehab techs. Stay compliant with regulations and maintain professional standards.

You will advance clinical leadership, collaborate with teams, and help grow a robust physical therapy program in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to PTAs and Rehab Techs.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations and professional conduct.
