Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation in Utah seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across affiliated facilities. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, discharge planning, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure compliant, evidence-based care.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, support program growth, stay current with regulations, and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy services to patients across facilities.
• Screen and evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and case management.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments.
• Maintain state license and comply with regulations.
• Communicate effectively in English.
