Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation, a part of Genesis HealthCare, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver therapy in facility settings. You will report to the Director of Rehab and support patient-centered care across skilled nursing and outpatient environments. Requirements include a valid U.S.

PT license and a Master’s in Physical Therapy (or an equivalent combination). International degrees must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in PT-related field plus Bachelor’s in PT; or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• International degrees must be US-equivalent for PT.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with care team to promote patient independence.
