Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Powerback Rehabilitation, is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, design personalized therapy plans, and administer PT interventions in a facility setting. You will work under the Director of Rehab and contribute to a patient-centered recovery program across our Powerback clinics.

The role requires a PT license, relevant degrees, and the ability to collaborate with clinicians, with opportunities for CEUs and professional growth within the Genesis network.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a PT-related field with a PT Bachelor's equivalent.
• Alternative: Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to patients, assessing needs and creating recovery plans.
• Deliver PT interventions and progress toward functional goals.
• Collaborate with rehab team and coordinate with caregivers.

Education

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in PT-related field + Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years of PT experience

Physical Therapy license (state(s) of practice)

Foreign PT degree equivalence evaluation
