Job summary

IRG Physical & Hand Therapy in Marysville, WA seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality outpatient orthopedic care in a collaborative team. You will conduct evaluations, design treatment plans, perform manual therapy and patient education, and monitor progress under evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of outpatient/ortho/sports rehab experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education.
• Monitor and document patient progress; adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other care professionals for coordinated care.
• Instruct patients/families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation per standards and regulations.
• Contribute to efficient clinic operations and team support.
• Keep patient interactions confidential with informed consent.
