Job summary

IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a revenue share compensation model that rewards clinical expertise and autonomy. You will evaluate patients, plan treatment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and prevent further injury.

Qualifications

• Doctor or Masters of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of clinical experience in outpatient/orthopedic settings.
• Knowledge of HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Document assessments, plans, and procedures in the clinical record.
