Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for full-time or PRN roles across care communities. The role focuses on delivering high-quality therapy, evaluating patients, and developing treatment plans in alignment with Reliant standards and state laws.

Responsibilities include supervising PTAs, coordinating with facilities, and upholding best practices in physical therapy. APTA-accredited program completion and active state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations.
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines and expected outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate and ensuring compliance with the state practice act in the state(s) where you are licensed.
