Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services to patients in a contract therapy setting. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and discharge planning while supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs in alignment withReliant standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with facilities and clients, adherence to professional conduct, and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Maintain infection control and comply with state and federal regulations governing physical therapy.
