Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services to patients in a contract therapy setting. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, discharge planning, and supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role requires effective English communication, ongoing professional development, and collaboration with facilities to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on regulations.
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines.
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
