Qualifications

• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology at a level normally acquired through a doctoral degree.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Illinois.
• Current CPR or BLS certification is required.
• Ability to interact with patients, families, and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced evaluations of neuromuscular and cardiovascular systems.
• Design rehabilitation programs based on patient progress.
• Document patient evaluation and maintain compliant records.
• Lead patient discharge planning including developing in-home programs.
