Summary

We are hiring Physical Therapists for FT and PRN visits in Oklahoma City and Norman!

The Physical Therapist in Home Health is responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment, the Physical Therapist helps determine a treatment plan, performs interventions to improve and enhance the patient's well-being, and evaluates the patient's progress.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional status and needs, assisting physicians in developing the therapy plan of care.
• Monitor and report patient responses to treatment and any condition changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Treat patients to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain maximum functioning according to accepted standards.
• Educate healthcare team members, patients, and families about the care plan, limitations, and progress towards goals.

Education and Experience

Licensure Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy license in Oklahoma
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
