Concept Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) in Sandusky, Ohio, offering full-time or part-time roles and a supportive, patient-centered team.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver hands-on interventions, monitor progress, and collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other clinicians to improve mobility and quality of life. New grads welcome.
