Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-person services for public K-12 school students. This position is for the current school year and supports students in a dynamic educational setting.

You must hold Pennsylvania PT licensure, maintain up-to-date clearances, and carry professional liability insurance or be willing to obtain them. Responsibilities include evaluating students, implementing therapeutic strategies, and contributing to IEPs and 504 plans.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students to determine eligibility and need for physical therapy services.
• Provide appropriate therapeutic services in-person for K-12 students.
• Prepare Evaluation Reports.
• Develop and implement IEPs and 504 Plans.
• Attend school team or IEP meetings as necessary.
