Qualifications

• Licensed PT in Pennsylvania is required.
• Ability to obtain up-to-date clearances.
• Proof of professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students to determine eligibility and need for physical therapy services.
• Provide in-home PT services and evaluations.
• Prepare evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEPs and 504 plans.
• Attend school team or IEP meetings as necessary.
• Perform related paperwork and reporting.
